Tomorrow the Collingwood Magpies take on the St Kilda Saints......
4th VS 1st on the ladder.
I have been struck with a serious case of footy finals fever, It has been a long 18 years since the magpies won an AFL Grand Final although we made it in both 2002 and 2003 only to lose.
This year we are the in form team coming into the finals, 12 wins from the last 13 games. All the teams who finished above us on the ladder have stumbled in the last few weeks and are coming off 2 or 3 losses.
gotta love a good punch on in the middle of the ground!
I find it a little strange that i can get so nervous about a footy match....I'm certainly not one of the team and the game is well and truly sold out so i wont be attending the game with 90,000-100,000 other loyal supporters,
yet waking up this morning all i could think about was tomorrow and if we win.....
If we do come out on top tomorrow that means a week off.... i love finishing in the top 4 for that second chance... brilliance.
If not next week we face the Adelaide Crows.

However if tomorrow we win, we only have one more hurdle in making it to the grand final....
please let it be our year!
